The length of the video must be less than 60 seconds and one person can apply for multiple assignments. The application period is until June 30, and the contest will begin on July 1 through public voting and sponsorship.

The competition will be held in the form of a tournament, and the winners of each contest will be selected in the final round through the process of determining the next tournament entry every day.
